The sketch left for a new client, integrates the layout of a new garden room, with the new garden and a new large extension (with basement extension below). The garden will include an external fireplace, external kitchen area with island unit and seating areas.

In one road in East Sheen, South West London, we successfully gained planning approvals for number 12, then successfully designed and saw built an extension for number 14, and now are planning a stunning design for number 12 again … for the new owners!
